This award is granted to the 3L student who demonstrates outstanding achievement across a range of criteria, including: academic performance in health law courses; writing in health law; and experiential learning (e.g. participation in clinics, externships, etc.) in the area of health law; as well as demonstrated commitment to health law through activities such as student organization leadership, health law related moot court participation, and other activities.
A monetary award and commemorative plaque will be given to the student selected for this award. Last year the monetary award was supported by the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
